Performance
Founded in 2015, Sleight Ensemble is a group of composer/performers focused on the realization of new music in the San Francisco Bay Area. Featuring Erika Oba (flute), Stephanie M. Neumann (saxophones and voice), and Jacob Lane (piano).
Founded in 2025, the Port Townsend Saxophone Quartet performs music of all styles, and features four professional saxophonists: Jonathan Doyle, Stephanie M. Neumann (soprano and alto), Vincent Oneppo (alto), Jonathan Doyle (tenor), and Al Thompson (baritone).
The Oak Wind Sax Quartet was a Bay Area-based ensemble that performed a wide variety of jazz, classical, and contemporary repertoire with an emphasis on original compositions. Members included: Stephanie M. Neumann (soprano saxophone), Nora Stanley (alto saxophone), Eli Maliwan (tenor saxophone), and Carolyn Walter (baritone saxophone).
lucky dragons is a an ongoing collaboration between Los Angeles–based artists Sarah Rara and Luke Fischbeck. Active since 2000, lucky dragons is known for an open and participatory approach to making music, radically inclusive live shows, and playful, humanistic use of digital tools. luckydragons.org
